Thoracic Trocars are used in thoracoscopic and other minimally invasive procedures to establish a port for access to internal organs where insufflation is not required. It is a sterile single-patient-use instrument for multiple choices.

  • Trocar consists of a blunt-tipped obturator and a 60 mm threaded flexible sleeve with a shroud at its proximal end to protect against foreign materials entering the chest cavity, and for instrument stabilization.
  • Elliptical blunt tip provides safety from injuring tissue and viscera.
  • Available in 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15 mm diameters, suitable for the access of all general laparoscopic instrumentations.
  • Special threaded design make sleeve stable fixed.
  • The triangular shape of the trocar cover is equipped with beveled ends and allows the surgeon to comfortably position the hand before insertion.
  • Product sterile and for single use.
