Product description

Bladeless trocars are used to perforate the abdominal wall to make a path for the laparoscopic instruments to go in and out of the abdominal.

  • A cone-shaped tip with two bilateral blades on the sides helps to gently move tissue apart with less trauma.
  • Additional seal system guarantees pneumoperitoneum in visualized access.
  • Available in 3, 5, 10, 11, 12, 15 mm diameters, suitable for the access of all general laparoscopic instrumentations.
  • Due to their small size, 3 mm trocars minimize the risk of postoperative complications.
  • Bladeless balloon trocars provide stable atraumatic fixation. To fix it, you just need to inflate the balloon with a regular syringe after inserting the trocar and finally fix it by pressing it with a ring.
  • Low profile ergonomic designed obturator to provide control and comfort during insertion.
  • Anti-slip cap design for easy open and closure, even with a wet hand.
  • Product sterile and for single use.

Modern line benefits

Trocars of the MODERN line have buttons on both sides of the cannula body, which allow you to adjust the lumen of the double-leaf membrane, eliminating the risk of damage when removing products with a sharp working surface. Modern line trocars are equipped with 2 types of membranes:

  • Double standard: petal and double-leaf, which prevents desufflation - the removal of pressurized air from the peritoneum.
  • Double advanced with a standard design and an additional built-in absorbent surface that cleans the stem when removing or changing the used tools.
